MLS listings and sale prices went up while sales went down in the month of June 2019 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of St Vital.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 6% with the average being $287,300 compared to $269,826 in June 2018. On average a residence took 3 days less to sell in June 2019 as compared to 14 days in June 2018.
