MLS listings, sales and sale prices went up in the month of June 2018 for the Winnipeg neighbourhood of MLS area Bright Oaks.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 2.8% with the average being $359,943 compared to $350,015 in June 2017. On average a residence took 2 days more to sell in June 2018 compared to the average of 16 days in June 2017.
