MLS listings went up while sales and sale prices went down in the month of June 2018 for the Winnipeg neighbourhood of MLS area Linden Ridge.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 15% with the average being $511,854 compared to $603,459 in June 2017. On average a residence took 10 days more to sell in June 2018 as compared to the average of 7 days in June 2017.
