The average selling price of homes went down approximately 1.5% with the average being $345,015 in April 2023 compared to $349,686 in April 2022. On average a residence took 11 days to sell in April 2022 as compared to 17 days in April 2023.

There were 42 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 1B in Crescentwood at the end of April 2023 compared to 5 at the end of April 2022 and 7 homes sold in April 2022 compared to 42 in April 2023.

The sales-to-listing ratio was down to 74% in April 2023 compared to 140% in April 2022.
