MLS listings sales and sale prices went down up in the month of April 2019 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of East Fort Garry.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 54% with the average being $284,080 compared to $621,339 in April 2018. On average a residence took 5 days more to sell in April 2019 as compared to 15 days in April 2018.
