MLS listings and sale prices went down while sales went up in the month of July 2019 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Sage Creek.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 10% with the average being $456,014 compared to $505,300 in July 2018. On average a residence took 21 days more to sell in July 2019 as compared to 26 days in July 2018.
