Home sales and listings on the Winnipeg MLS market were down in Norwood, Norwood Flats and St. Boniface in April 2017 when compared to April 2016.

There were 14 homes sold in Winnipeg MLS 2A and 2B in April 2017 compared to 20 in the same month in 2016. Active listings were down from 21 in March 2016 to 18 in April 2017. The average days required to sell a home was up from 10.67 days in April 2016 to 16 days in April 2017.

The highest price paid for a home in Winnipeg MLS areas 2A and 2B in April 2017 was $571,00 for a home on Des Intrepides Promenade, while the lowest price came in at $105,000 for a home on Youville Street.
