There were 93 active home listings in Winnipeg MLS areas 2C, 2D, 2E, 2F in May 2017 as compared to 120 listings in May 2016, and the average days required to sell a home dropped from 17.75 last May to 14.75 days in May 2017.

Home sales numbers increased from 75 to 107 in St. Vital, Bright Oaks, Elm Park, Norberry, Pulberry, River Pointe, Van Hull Estates, Meadowood, River Park South, Dakota Crossing and Southglen from May 2016 to May 2017,  the average home sale price remained stable as May 2016 the average was $337,562 where May 2017 was $338,026.

The highest price paid for a home in MLS areas 2C, 2D, 2E and 2F in May 2017 was $625,000 for a home on Riverhaven Grove. The lowest price paid was $165,000 for a home on Berrydale Avenue.
