MLS listings and sales went up, sale prices went down in the month of November 2022 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Riverview Fort Rouge.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 32.5% with the average being $423,500 in November 2022 compared to $561,500 in November 2021. On average a residence took 8 days to sell in November 2022 as compared to 20 days in November 2021.

There were 8 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 2H Southdale at the end of November as compared to 2 at the end of November 2021, and 5 homes sold in November 2022 compared to 3 in November 2021. The sales-to-listing ratio was 63% in November 2022 compared to 150% in November 2021.
