Listings down, sales and sale prices up in Bridgewood Estates

MLS listings went down while sales and sale prices went up in the month of April 2018 for the Winnipeg neighbourhood of MLS area Bridgewood Estates.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 3.6% with the average being $406,656 compared to $392,000 in April 2017. On average a residence took 7 days less to sell compared to the average of 29 days in April 2017.

There were 7 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 3J at the end of April 2018 as compared to 11 at the end of April 2017, and 9 homes sold in April 2018 as compared to 7 in 2017. The sales-to-listing ratio increased from 64 percent in April 2017 to 129 percent in April 2018.

The highest price paid in April 2018 for a home in the neighbourhood of Bridgewood Estates was $445,000 for a home on Reg Wyatt Way. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Orum Drive, which closed at $340,000.
