Listings down, sales and sale prices up in All Season Estates

MLS listings went down while sales and sale prices went up in the month of April 2018 for the Winnipeg neighbourhood of MLS area All Season Estates.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 16% with the average being $374,167 compared to $314,200 in April 2017. On average a residence took 2 days more to sell compared to the average of 11 days in April 2017.

There were 12 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 3H at the end of April 2018 as compared to 13 at the end of April 2017, and 6 homes sold in April 2018 as compared to 5 in 2017. The sales-to-listing ratio increased from 38 percent in April 2017 to 50 percent in April 2018.

The highest price paid in April 2018 for a home in the neighbourhood of All Season Estates was $462,000 for a home on Ragsdill Road. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Killington Bay, which closed at $270,000.
