Listings down, sales and sale prices up in East St Paul, Winnipeg

MLS listings went down while sales and sale prices went up in the month of October 2020 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of East St Paul.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 10% with the average being $581,414 compared to $521,557 in October 2019. On average a residence took 7 days more to sell in October 2020 as compared to 7 days in October 2019.

There were 19 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 3P at the end of October 2020 as compared to 40 at the end of October 2019, and 14 homes sold in October 2020 compared to 7 in October 2019. The sales-to-listing ratio was 74% in October 2020 compared to 18% in October 2019.
