MLS listings went down while sales and sales prices went up in the month of March 2021 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Fort Garry.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 39% with the average being $532,210 compared to $324,814 in March 2020. On average a residence took 12 days more to sell in March 2021 as compared to 5 days in March 2020.
