Listings, sales and sale prices up in Fort Whyte, Winnipeg

MLS listings, sales and sale prices went up in the month of June 2018 for the Winnipeg neighbourhood of MLS area Fort Whyte.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 4.7% with the average being $479,090 compared to $456,488 in June 2017. On average a residence took 12 days to sell in June 2018 as well as 12 days in June 2017.

There were 10 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 1P at the end of June 2018 as compared to 4 at the end of June 2017, and 10 homes sold in June 2018 as compared to 8 in 2017. The sales-to-listing ratio decreased from 200% in June 2017 to 100% in June 2018.

The highest price paid in June 2018 for a home in the neighbourhood of Fort Whyte was $575,000 for a home on Setterington Bay. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Cloverwood Road, which closed at $391,000.
