Listings and sales go up while sale prices go down in Garden City

MLS listings and sales went down while sale prices went up in the month of November 2018 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Garden City.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 13.9% with the average being $325,000 compared to $279,667 in November 2017. On average a residence took 24 days more to sell in November 2018 as compared to 28 days in November 2017.

There were 4 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 4G at the end of November 2018 as compared to 8 at the end of November 2017, and 2 homes sold in November 2018 as compared to 6 in 2017. The sales-to-listing ratio was 50% in November 2018 compared to 75% in November 2017.
