Listings and sales up, sale prices down in Linden Ridge, Winnipeg

MLS listings and sales went up while sale prices went down in the month of April 2019 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Linden Ridge.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 10% with the average being $546,552 compared to $609,548 in April 2018. On average a residence took 6 days more to sell in April 2019 as compared to 6 days in April 2018.

There were 20 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 1M at the end of April 2019 as compared to 11 at the end of April 2019, and 12 homes sold in April 2019 as compared to 6 in 2018. The sales-to-listing ratio was 60% in April 2019 compared to 55% in April 2018.
