Listings and sale prices up, sales down in Meadowood, Winnipeg

MLS listings and sale prices went up while sales went down in the month of June 2019 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Meadowood.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 7% with the average being $342,200 compared to $319,271 in June 2018. On average a residence took 11 days more to sell in June 2019 as compared to 10 days in June 2018.

There were 15 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 2E at the end of June 2019 as compared to 8 at the end of June 2019, and 10 homes sold in June 2019 as compared to 16 in 2018. The sales-to-listing ratio was 67% in June 2019 compared to 200% in June 2018.

The highest price paid in June 2019 for a home in the neighbourhood of Meadowood was $410,000 for a home on Homewood Drive. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Wales Avenue, which closed at $309,000.
