Listings, sales and sale prices up in North End, Winnipeg

MLS listings, sales and sale prices went up in the month of September 2018 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of North End.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 13.4% with the average being $139,478 compared to $120,762 in August 2017. On average a residence took 19 days less to sell in September 2018 as compared to 46 days in September 2017.

There were 55 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 4A at the end of September 2018 as compared to 53 at the end of September 2017, and 18 homes sold in September 2018 as compared to 11 in 2017. The sales-to-listing ratio was 33% in September 2018 compared to 21% in September 2017.

The highest price paid in September 2018 for a home in the neighbourhood of the North End was $293,000 for a home on Magnus Avenue. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Redwood Avenue, which closed at $50,000.
