Listings, sales and sale prices up in North Kildonan

MLS listings, sales and sale prices went up in the month of September 2018 for the Winnipeg neighbourhood of MLS area North Kildonan.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 3.1% with the average being $290,731 compared to $281,700 in August 2017. On average a residence took 9 days less to sell in September 2018 as compared to 20 days in September 2017.

There were 21 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 3F at the end of September 2018 as compared to 14 at the end of September 2017, and 13 homes sold in September 2018 as compared to 5 in 2017. The sales-to-listing ratio was 62% in September 2018 compared to 36% in September 2017.

The highest price paid in September 2018 for a home in the neighbourhood of North Kildonan was $400,000 for a home on Kingsford Avenue. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Oakland Avenue, which closed at $238,500.
