Listings up, sales and sale prices down in Polo Park

MLS listings went up while sales and sale prices went up in the month of May 2018 for the Winnipeg neighbourhood of MLS area Polo Park.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 3.77% with the average being $213,525 compared to $221,902 in May 2017. On average a residence took 3 days less to sell compared to the average of 21 days in May 2017.

There were 29 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 5C at the end of May 2018 as compared to 23 at the end of May 2017, and 25 homes sold in May 2018 as compared to 29 in 2017. The sales-to-listing ratio decreased from 126 percent in May 2017 to 86 percent in May 2018.

The highest price paid in May 2018 for a home in the neighbourhood of Polo Park was $325,000 for a home on Valour Road. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Ingersoll Street, which closed at $115,000.
