Listings up, sales same, sale prices down in Polo Park, Winnipeg

MLS listings went up, sales stayed the same while sale prices went down in the month of November 2019 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Polo Park.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 2.3% with the average being $215,192 compared to $220,331 in November 2018. On average a residence took the same amount of days to sell in November 2019 as compared to 13 days in November 2018.

There were 33 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 5C at the end of November 2019 as compared to 16 at the end of November 2019, and 13 homes sold in November 2019 as compared to 13 in 2018. The sales-to-listing ratio was 39% in November 2019 compared to 81% in November 2018.
