Listings, sales and sale prices up in River Heights

MLS listings, sales and sale prices went up in the month of May 2018 for the Winnipeg neighbourhood of MLS area River Heights.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 0.87% with the average being $381,137 compared to $377,822 in May 2017. On average a residence took 1 day more to sell in May 2018 as compared to the average of 14 days in May 2017.

There were 16 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 1D at the end of May 2018 as compared to 18 at the end of May 2017, and 18 homes sold in May 2018 as compared to 9 in 2017. The sales-to-listing ratio decreased from 129% in May 2017 to 113% in May 2018.

The highest price paid in May 2018 for a home in the neighbourhood of River Heights was $586,000 for a home on Oak Street. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Cambridge Street, which closed at $240,000.
