Listings, sales and sale prices up in River Heights, Winnipeg

MLS listings, sales and sales prices went up in the month of February 2021 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of River Heights.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 22% with the average being $574,749 compared to $445,740 in February 2020. On average a residence took 17 days more to sell in February 2021 as compared to 34 days in February 2020.

There were 20 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 1C at the end of February 2021 as compared to 14 at the end of February 2020, and 15 homes sold in February 2021 compared to 7 in February 2020. The sales-to-listing ratio was 75% in February 2021 compared to 50% in February 2020.

The highest price paid in February 2021 for a home in the neighbourhood of River Heights was $1,100,328 for a home on Oxford Street. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Renfrew Street, which closed at $324,000.
