MLS listings stayed the same while sales went down and sale prices went up in the month of August 2020 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of River Heights.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 8.6% with the average being $422,252 compared to $385,792 in August 2019. On average a residence took 18 days less to sell in August 2020 as compared to 36 days in August 2019.
