Listings and sale prices up, sales down in Sage Creek

MLS listings and sale prices went up while sales went down in the month of February 2019 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Sage Creek.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 3.4% with the average being $479,084 compared to $462,714 in February 2018. On average a residence took 13 days less to sell in February 2019 as compared to 31 days in February 2018.

There were 39 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 2K at the end of February 2019 as compared to 25 at the end of February 2019, and 6 homes sold in February 2019 as compared to 9 in 2018. The sales-to-listing ratio was 15% in February 2019 compared to 36% in February 2018.

The highest price paid in February 2019 for a home in the neighbourhood of Sage Creek was $403,000 for a home on Sage Creek Boulevard. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on East Plains Drive, which closed at $537,000.
