Total listings and home sales were up in St. Boniface, Norwood and Norwood Flats for November 2017 as compared to November 2016, but the average home sale price was down.

There were 25 active listings in Winnipeg MLS areas 2A and 2B in November 2017 as compared to 20 listings in the same month in 2016, and 22 homes were sold in these neighbourhoods in November 2017 as compared to 20 in November 2016.

Homes sold quicker in St. Boniface, Norwood and Norwood Flats in November 2017, averaging 20.5 days on the market as compared to 29.5 days in November 2016, and the average home sale price was down from $312,115 in November 2016 to $272,264 in November of this year.

The lowest price paid in St. Boniface, Norwood and Norwood Flats in November 2017 was $134,000 for a home on Lariviere Street. The highest priced paid in these neighbourhoods was $595,000 for a home on Youville Street.
