Listings and sale prices down, sales the same in St. Boniface, Winnipeg

MLS listings and sale prices went down while sales stayed the same in the month of June 2019 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Breezy Bend.

The average selling price of homes went down approximately 2% with the average being $241,042 compared to $245,833 in June 2018. On average a residence took 3 days less to sell in June 2019 as compared to 20 days in June 2018.

There were 13 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 2A at the end of June 2019 as compared to 18 at the end of June 2019, and 6 homes sold in June 2019 as compared to 6 in 2018. The sales-to-listing ratio was 46% in June 2019 compared to 33% in June 2018.
