Listings, sales and sale prices up in Bonavista, Winnipeg

MLS listings, sales and sale prices went up in the month of February 2019 in the Winnipeg neighbourhood of Bonavista.

The average selling price of homes went up approximately 6.7% with the average being $442,279 compared to $412,610 in February 2018. On average a residence took 15 days more to sell in February 2019 as compared to 18 days in February 2018.

There were 49 active listings in Winnipeg MLS area 2J at the end of February 2019 as compared to 35 at the end of February 2019, and 14 homes sold in February 2019 as compared to 12 in 2018. The sales-to-listing ratio was 29% in February 2019 compared to 34% in February 2018.

The highest price paid in February 2019 for a home in the neighbourhood of Bonavista was $515,000 for a home on Westwater Drive. The lowest sale price belonged to a home on Island Shore Boulevard, which closed at $280,000.
